{"id":4001,"date":"2017-05-30T20:02:10","date_gmt":"2017-05-30T20:02:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cracosociety.net\/blog\/?p=4001"},"modified":"2017-05-30T20:02:10","modified_gmt":"2017-05-30T20:02:10","slug":"veal-with-vegetables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cracosociety.net\/blog\/veal-with-vegetables\/","title":{"rendered":"Veal with Vegetables"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Veal with Vegetables<\/p>\n<p><i>Ingredients\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p>500 g of shin of veal<\/p>\n<p>200 g of ripe tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>200 g of fresh peppers<\/p>\n<p>300 g of fresh mushrooms<\/p>\n<p>1 onion<\/p>\n<p>1 hot red pepper<\/p>\n<p>Basil leaves<\/p>\n<p>Parsley<\/p>\n<p>Flour<\/p>\n<p>200 ml of dry white wine<\/p>\n<p>250 ml of extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Salt<\/p>\n<p><i>Preparation\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Peel and thinly slice the onion. In a skillet, saut\u00e9 the onion with olive oil for a few minutes. Add the veal meat cut into cubes. Sprinkle with the white wine and let evaporate. After 20-30 minutes, add the cleaned peppers cut into pieces. Clean the mushrooms with a moist kitchen towel and cut them in<\/p>\n<p>quarters. Add the mushrooms, the peppers, the peeled, seeded and diced tomatoes, the chopped hot pepper and parsley along with the basil. Season with salt and continue cooking adding some water from time to time.
