Eggs with Cruschi Peppers<\/p>\n
Ingredients\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n
6 eggs<\/p>\n
100 g of “cruschi” peppers, (sun-dried long peppers)<\/p>\n
125 ml of extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n
300 g of fresh sausage (with pepper and fennel seeds)<\/p>\n
Salt to taste<\/p>\n
Preparation\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n
Cut the sausage into slices. In a skillet, cook the sausage in olive oil for 10 minutes approximately. Add the whole eggs and cook. Avoid breaking the eggs.
