{"id":4321,"date":"2017-05-30T20:08:20","date_gmt":"2017-05-30T20:08:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cracosociety.net\/blog\/?p=4321"},"modified":"2017-05-30T20:08:20","modified_gmt":"2017-05-30T20:08:20","slug":"autumn-delight-with-pomegranate-sauce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cracosociety.net\/blog\/autumn-delight-with-pomegranate-sauce\/","title":{"rendered":"Autumn Delight with Pomegranate Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Autumn Delight with Pomegranate Sauce<\/p>\n<p><i>Ingredients\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p>600 g of glazed chestnuts, pureed<\/p>\n<p>100 g of &#8220;mostarda&#8221; of Aglianico grapes<\/p>\n<p>100 g of &#8220;vino cotto (sweet &#8220;cooked wine&#8221;)<\/p>\n<p>10 g of chopped hazelnuts<\/p>\n<p>109 of cocoa powder<\/p>\n<p>30 g of sugar<\/p>\n<p>100 g pomegranate sauce<\/p>\n<p>200 g of decorated biscuit (see recipe below)<\/p>\n<p>100 g of cartellate dough (see recipe)<\/p>\n<p><i>Preparation\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Combine all the ingredients: the glazed chestnuts, the mostarda, the vino cotto, the hazelnuts, the cocoa powder and the sugar. Mix well. Line individual moulds with cut out decorated biscuit and<\/p>\n<p>spoon some of the mixture over. Refrigerate 30 minutes approximately. Coat with pomegranate sauce and turn out on cold dishes.
