{"id":6589,"date":"2021-04-28T00:51:43","date_gmt":"2021-04-28T00:51:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cracosociety.net\/blog\/?p=6589"},"modified":"2021-04-29T19:48:45","modified_gmt":"2021-04-29T19:48:45","slug":"baked-mushrooms-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cracosociety.net\/blog\/baked-mushrooms-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked Mushrooms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>600 g of porcini mushrooms&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150 g of bread crumbs&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 garlic clove&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tablespoon of parsley&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pinch of oregano&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>175 ml extra virgin olive oil&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Preparation\u00a0<\/strong><br>Clean the mushrooms. Remove the stems from each mushroom and set aside. Oil a baking dish and place the caps turned upwards. Season with salt. In a bowl, combine the chopped garlic clove with parsley. Add a pinch of oregano, bread crumbs and a little olive oil. Spoon stuffing into the\u00a0mushrooms&#8217; caps.
